Town Sweets and Grill brings together the two great traditions of Indian cooking — the savoury fire of the grill and the delicate sweetness of mithai. Every dish is built from whole spices, ground fresh and balanced by hand.

From morning samosas to evening tandoor, we cook the way our families taught us — patiently, generously, and with a little extra ghee.
